Adults and children over 13 years 200 mg q 12 hr for 14 days

Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis. Adults and children over 13 years: 200 mg q 12 hr for 10 days.

Uncomplicated gonorrhea (men and women) and rectal gonococcal infections (women). Adults and children over 13 years: Single dose of 200 mg.

Skin and skin structure infections. Adults and children over 13 years: 400 mg q 12 hr for 7-14 days. Pharyngitis, tonsillitis.

Adults and children over 13 years: 100 mg q 12 hr for 5-10 days. Children, 6 months-12 years: 5 mg/kg (maximum of 100 mg/dose) q 12 hr (maximum daily dose: 200 mg) for 5-10 days.

Uncomplicated UTIs. Adults and children over 13 years: 100 mg q 12 hr for 7 days.

Acute otitis media. Children, 6 months—12 years: 5 mg/kg (maximum of 200 mg/dose) q 12 hr or 10 mg/kg q 24 hr for 10 days. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 400 mg.
