1. Continue entire prescription; do not stop if symptoms subside. Return for follow-up once completed.

2. Report any unusual or intolerable side effects or lack of response.

3. Take on an empty stomach; the de-layed-release forms of the base can be taken without regard for meals.

4. Report if no symptom improvement after 48-72 hr.

5. Use an additional nonhormonal form of birth control if taking oral contraceptives because their effectiveness may be diminished.
