Jeffrey A Dodge obtained his BS in Chemistry in 1984 at Eckerd College in St Petersburg, FL. In 1989, he completed his PhD with Prof Dick Chamberlin at the University of California, Irvine in the field of molecular recognition. He joined Eli Lilly and Company in 1991 after postdoctoral studes with Prof Steve Martin at the University of Texas,

Biographies

Austin in natural products synthesis. Dr Dodge has extensive expertise in nuclear receptors, particularly the area of estrogen receptor medicinal chemistry and pharmacology. He is currently a Research Fellow at Lilly Research Laboratories.

Timothy I Richardson graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1992 with a BS in Biochemistry. He then joined the laboratories of Scott Rychnovsky in the Chemistry Department at Minnesota where he worked on the stereochemical assignment and synthesis of polyene macrolide antibiotics. He received his doctorate in 1997 and then joined the laboratories of David Evans at Harvard University where he helped complete the total synthesis of vancomycin aglycone. Dr Richardson joined Lilly as a senior organic chemist in 1999 where he has contributed to the development of clinical candidates for endocrine-related diseases. He is currently a Principle Research Scientist.

Owen B Wallace completed his undergraduate education at University College, Cork, Ireland, before moving to the US. He completed his PhD at Yale University on natural product total synthesis under direction of Prof Frederick E Ziegler. He then joined Bristol Myers Squibb in 1995, where he worked on projects directed toward the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and HIV. He moved to Eli Lilly and Company in 2000 where he has contributed to several endocrine-related projects. He is currently Director, Discovery Chemistry Research and Technologies.
