Clinical Features

Men are affected more frequently than women (male:female = 14:3). Patients with primary cutaneous TCRBCL are usually middle-aged (mean age 58 years, range 30-87 years) (1-8). The cutaneous lesions are usually solitary nodules or sometimes deep subcutaneous tumors. Multiple lesions are rare (2). The most frequent site of involvement is the head and neck area.
