The epidermis shows reticular degeneration and necrosis. There is a dense perivascu-lar/periadnexal nodular infiltrate in the dermis containing medium-sized lymphocytes with irregular, hyperchromatic nuclei. In some cases, the infiltrate displays a prominent angiocentric/angiodestructive pattern (7). In other patients,

there is septal or lobular panniculitis in company with vasculitis affecting small and medium-sized vessels in the mid- and/or deep dermis or involving large veins in the subcutis (9).
