Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma: solia-tary, sometimes painful, soft tissue mass, sometimes ulcerating, most commonly on the lower extremities

Spindle cell hemangioendothelioma: firm blue papules or nodules, often multifocal within given anatomic sites, occurring over the distal extremities

Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma: usually in retroperitoneum, but sometimes

occurring in the skin; bluish papule or nodule; associated with consumption coagulopathy and lymphangiomatosis Retiform hemangioendothelioma: slow-growing plaque with ill-defined borders, usually on the distal extremities
