Porokeratosis of Mibelli: slowly expanding, irregularly shaped plaque with a raised, thready border; lesion slightly hypopig-mented or hyperpigmented, minimally scaly, hairless, slightly atrophic, and anhid-rotic

Disseminated superficial actinic porokera-tosis: multiple, small, indistinct, light brown papules with a threadlike border, on the extensor surface of upper and lower extremities

Linear porokeratosis: grouped, linear, annular papules and plaques with a raised peripheral ridge on an extremity, the trunk, and/or the head and neck area, often in a dermatomal distribution
