Telangiectases, found on the oral mucosa, nasal mucosa, skin, and conjunctiva; pin-head-sized macules or barely palpable papules, partially blanching with pressure; color ranges from bright red to violaceous to purple; face, lips and mouth, nares, tongue, ears, hands, chest, and feet most commonly affected sites; cyanosis and clubbing in patients with pulmonary arterio-venous malformations; stroke, brain abscess, or intracerebral hematoma; pulmonary arterio-venous malformations, tach-ypnea; cyanosis; clubbing; retinal tel-angiectasias and hemorrhages; gastrointestinal bleeding; arterio-venous fistulas of the liver
